As part of our Services we provide Free Shuttle Transportation for all our patients. We will Pick You Up for the Appointment and Drop You Off right after. You don't have to worry how to get to see your doctor and how to get back, we will take care of this part.<\/p>\n
How to set up your ride<\/h3>\n
If you booked an appointment to see audiologist and need a ambulance services to and from your medical appointment, please let us know right before booking an appointment or call us later prior to your appointment. Please call at least 24 hours before your appointment.<\/p>\n

Please have this information ready when you call:<\/p>\n

- Your home address and phone number<\/li>\n
- Your doctor\u2019s name<\/li>\n
- The date and time of your appointment<\/li>\n
- Any special needs, including if you need someone to ride with you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
On the day of your appointment<\/h3>\n
Be ready at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Call at (800) 707-5950 if you\u2019ve waited more than 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time.
\nIf you scheduled a return ride home, your driver should pick you up less than 15 minutes after your visit is over.

\nIf your visit is over and you did not schedule a return ride, call (800) 707-5950.
